Did there used to be an autosave? I was sure there was before, back when the character model was still cubular. I'll have to try linking with a flight stick then, I hadn't put one down yet when I put the core down before.

Thanks, I actually was able to find it almost immediately after I asked just by stumbling around. I checked out the experimental build and it was hella buggy, but it was kind of cool to see some of the stuff that are talked about in the youtube vids

The fact that you separated "steering" and "propulsion" greatly pleases me. Real world submarines have two separate people control the direction and speed, rather than one person controlling both.

Obviously this isn't really a big deal at the moment and I read that the holo map is getting a redesign eventually, but I think there really needs to be a way tracking specific systems on the holo map. How am I going to fins my way back to my home base after a couple of warp jumps if I can't find it...
